Twitter announced last week, starting yesterday 9/19/16, that photos, videos and user polls will not count towards your 140 character limit for tweets.  We just tweeted from the Gilbert Computer Repair Service account a test message tweet confirming photos, videos and polls no longer count towards the 140 character limit.
